"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose". (Romans 8:28).
People often worry about life and the situation the find themselves. Some people are already tired of life and wants to give up. But the question is have you reasoned for a while to ask yourself certain question? Question like; "Am I in the a good Standing with God?" Or "Am I still connected to my maker?". Sometimes we face difficulties in life because we are not connected to our source of life. Let's read what the scriptures; "Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them". Exodus32:7-10.
That scripture speaks of the wrath of God against the children of Israel who had gone away from the ordinances and ways of God, So God was annoyed against them and wanted to consume them.
I think that might be the same situation some people are going through today, which might be a sign that God is not happy with you and that God needs you back to him. Sometimes we experience little had times and disappointment, those could be a call back to your spiritual connection to your maker. The scripture says: "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles7:14)
So you can see from the scripture that some challenges comes because we have turned from his ways, and He is calling on us directly amid this challenges wishing that we return to him and He will heal our lands. Meaning that he will take out hard times.
God is all powerful, and there is nothing He can not do. He speaks at all times, but we are the ones who finds difficulty to hear him. He says He will heal your land if you can return.
We are not righteous, yes! That, I know. But Jesus didn't come for the righteous, He came for the sinners and here the scripture says: "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". (1 john 1:9).
This is true that God is ready to change situations around, but we need to reconnect back to Him. "And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth" (Deutronomy28). If you read down, You will see the blessings that God has proclaimed on you if You should returned back to him.
So, sometimes we face challenges because God wants us to return to him. There is no situation that He can not change. Even if we have enemies surrounding us, we still have victory in Christ, because He will change their hatred in to love for our sake. The scripture says; "when a man's way pleases the lord, He maketh even His enemies to be at peace with Him" (proverbs16:7).
What is that challenge in life you are facing? God is more than able to sort it out.
Recently, I rushed my pregnant wife to the hospital, because she was in Labour. I was looking at her crying and screaming for pains, telling me that she will not be able to push the baby and that she was weak. not too long the Doctor sent for me, and when I went to meet with the Doctor, He told me that my wife will not be able to deliver naturally and that she must deliver through C-section, and that she was too weak, and the baby was stressed plus too bigger than her to deliver naturally. He said that even In many hours of labour, she was not going to deliver naturally. As a man, I was weak and restless. But I remembered that I have God who's Doctor's report is not His own report. I remembered that I have God who says yes and no Man can say No.
I stepped aside and talk to my God, and the doctor kept calling me that time was going and that we needed to act very fast, but I ignored him for a while And kept on talking to my God, before I knew, what was happening, the nurses were shouting calling out for the Doctor, Behold, My wife was about delivering on her own because the baby's head was already out. Then they rushed her and behold a handsome baby boy was already here. She gave birth, not according to what the Doctor said, but according to what God says.
A clear proof that God can change every situation for your good if you reconnect back to Him and trust Him with your life and family. Stay blessed people of God.
