I created this wall piece to bring a warm #Christmas vibe into my #home. The idea was inspired by the #festive #season and the desire to beautify my sitting room with a handmade decorative piece. The aim of the project was to create a simple, attractive, and affordable wall decoration using easily available materials while expressing #creativity and neat finishing.
Materials Used
A golden plate
Carton
Red fabric
Artificial flowers

Glue gun
wax (hot glue)
Step
Firstly, I cut the carton into my desired pattern to form the base of the #decoration. After cutting, I laid the red fabric on the carton and used wax glue to firmly gum it in place. I carefully notched the edges round and secured them neatly to give a smooth finishing.
Next, I cut the golden plate and fixed it at the center of the design using the glue gun. After that, I gummed the #beads around the #goldenPlate to make it stand out and add beauty.
I then cut the offcuts of the golden plate into small pieces and randomly placed them around the design for #decorative effect. Finally, I attached the artificial flower at the lower part of the piece to complete the design.
Boom!! It turned out simple, beautiful, and attractive. I love the simplicity of the #design and how well it looks on my wall. This decoration can be used by anyone to beautify their home or personal space, especially during #festive seasons like #Christmas.
