Relentless absurdity
is flooding the whole world.
What a curious phenomenon,
even for the one with one neuron,
When I was upside down,
and the world was upside down,
Everything seemed all right.
But now, when I am all right,
and the world is still upside down,
Everything seems to be upside down.
There is no crown,
just one clown,
or two, nothing to do,
other than patiently waiting
the end of the world,
as we know it.
Per se, this could be a good thing,
no easy fling, no sting,
Sometimes, you need to burn
a whole empire, my sire
so everything will be reborn,
as the dead Phoenix is torn,
rebirth without the mud, and cut,
can you create a brave new world,
As you were told,
when you closed the door,
in May 1944.
As my old man used to say,
February or May,
as another world fell,
If you find yourself going through hell,
Keep going!
Until the bitter end.
