Design
The fitbit charge 2 is available in different colours. It has a minimalistic design, looks classy and sits relatively flat against your wrist. It’s even possible to wear the fitbit even if you are wearing a suit.
Heartrate monitor
The heartrate monitor is an optical sensor, to get correct measurements you need to have the sensor pressed against your wrist. The fitbit is less accurate than for example a polar heartrate monitor. Sometimes the heartrate monitor is unable to measure your heartrate while doing heavy exercises. This is due to sweat on your wrist or when making fast movements with your wrist.Sleeptracking
By monitoring your heartrate, the fitbit is able to track your sleep and show your sleeping pattern the morning after. It also gives information about the different sleep stages. This information can be found in the application that you need to have in order to use your fitbit charge 2.The fibit is pretty accurate in tracking your sleep in comparison against other activity trackers.
