Hello all Hivers! Today is May 1st — it's Hive Power Up Day💪💪✨
Since February of this year, I’ve decided to claim my Hive blog rewards at the end of each month.
For April, I earned 25.399 HBD and 135.724 HP. After converting all the $HBD into $HIVE, I ended up with 100 HIVE. This month, I powered up 30 HP from that amount.
I also sent 40 HIVE to my Bitcoin Lightning wallet via v4v.app, and the remainder was sent to
@hive-ja to support community operations. Except for the portion I convert to Bitcoin, I don’t plan to take my earnings off the Hive blockchain for the time being. Hive is not only an important social media platform for me, but also a valuable asset and a tool for long-term investment. I intend to use the rewards I earn here to power up my own account and support the Japanese Hive community.
As of this power-up, my HP has reached 9,829. If I can maintain this pace, I’ll exceed 10,000 HP by June 1st!
As I’ve mentioned before, my crypto portfolio has become much simpler compared to a few years ago. Now I only hold $BTC, $HIVE, and a small amount of $ETH. While $HIVE is my main focus, I’ve also started allocating a portion of my Hive rewards to $BTC via the Lightning Network since February. My blog rewards aren’t large enough to send to an on-chain Bitcoin address each month—and even if they were, the fees would be too high. But thanks to v4v, I can withdraw to a Lightning address starting from just a few dollars.
Currently, I’m withdrawing to Wallet of Satoshi (a Lightning wallet), but I’m also considering storing some of it in KeepSats for trading. For example, I could temporarily convert $HIVE to Bitcoin, and if Bitcoin's price spikes, convert it back to $HIVE. With v4v.app, I can do this with relatively low fees, which might help me grow my HP more efficiently.
In March and April, things got quite hectic with my kids’ graduations and school admissions, so my posting frequency dropped a bit. Hopefully, I can post more often in May 😅

5月1日、本日はHive Power Up Dayです。
今年の2月から、月末にまとめてHiveブログの報酬をclaimすることにしました。
4月分の報酬は、25.399 HBD＋135.724 HP。報酬の$HBDを全て$HIVEに替えたところ、100HIVEになりました。今月はそのうちの30HPをパワーアップしました。
また40HIVEをv4v.app経由でビットコインのライトニングウォレットに送り、残りはコミュニティ運営費用として
@hive-jaに送りました。Hiveブログでいただいた報酬は、その一部をビットコインに替える以外はチェーンから出すつもりはなく、当面の間は自アカウントのパワーアップや日本語コミュニティのために使おうと思っています。
今回のパワーアップにより、私のHPは9,829になりました。このペースを保てれば、6月1日には10,000HPを超える予定です！
以前にも書いた通り、私の暗号資産ポートフォリオはだいぶシンプルになってしまって、持っているのは$BTCと$HIVE、そして少額の$ETHだけ。$HIVEはもちろん、少しずつ$BTCの積立もしたいと思い、2月からHiveブログの報酬の一部をライトニングネットワーク上の$BTCに替えておくようになりました。私の報酬は毎月オンチェーンのビットコインアドレスに送れるほど高額ではありませんし、できたとしても手数料が高すぎます。でもv4vを利用したライトニングアドレスへの出金なら、数ドルから可能だからです。
今はWallet of Satoshi（ライトニングウォレット）に出金していますが、その一部をトレード用にKeepSatsに貯めておいてもいいかもしれません。一時的に$HIVEをビットコインにしておいて、ビットコイン価格が高騰したタイミングで$HIVEに戻す、みたいなことも、v4v.appを使えば手数料低めでできるし、効率よくHPを増やすことができるかもしれないな、なんて思っています。
3月、4月と子どもたちの卒業・入学関連のバタバタが続き、投稿頻度が落ちてしまいました。5月はもう少し、たくさん投稿できるといいな😅
