A pleasure to greet you and to be able to create some of my content on your blog today, the truth is that cooking is part of my life and my day to day since I am a Chef 👩🏻🍳 so you will see me a lot around here, posting recipes, reviews of places where I went to eat or even how my own relatives try my food dishes.
Today I come to show you the step by step of my classic vanilla cake recipe, it is the recipe I use for all the occasions where they ask me to order.
We'll start with the ingredients:
280 grams of butter or margarine, failing that
280 grams of sugar
400 grams of all-purpose flour
5 eggs
2 tablespoons of baking powder (not soup bowls)
1 cup of liquid milk
vanilla to taste or the flavor you want to incorporate
step by step
The first thing we will do is place the butter in the bowl and we will start beating it with the utensil we have at our disposal, we must beat until it creams or doubles its size and has a whiter color.

After this we will place the sugar little by little in the form of "rain" so that it begins to be completely incorporated with the butter and we can obtain a homogeneous mixture without the sugar being felt, that is, we must beat until it completely disintegrates
After this we will incorporate our eggs one by one, waiting for them to mix well and continue to have our homogeneous mixture.
Then we will go on to incorporate our flour, a tip so that your baking powder is not forgotten is to add it to our flour and here once and for all we will be adding the flour and the baking powder together, the flour must be added in 3 parts; That is, we add a part of flour and add us with our cup of milk which we will pour into two parts,But it is important to know that if we start by adding flour we must also end up adding flour.
After this we add our essence, in this case vanilla was used and we went on to pour the mixture into a mold. Then we take it to our oven that must be previously turned on and preheated to 160 degrees Celsius, when putting it in the oven we must take the cooking time, approximately 55 minutes of cooking it will take our cake but this will always depend on each person's oven.
After it is golden and ready, we will let it cool and unmold our delicious cake and all that's left is to enjoy our vanilla cake accompanied by what you like best, I love it with a coffee with milk ✨❤️
