Greetings and blessings to all, today I want to share with you this new writing project called “SUNDAY WITH MY ADVISOR” this project is based on a “virtual relationship” that the Lord allowed me to establish through the internet with a person who over time and for several years became a support for my life, ministry and my family.
For a little more than 5 years this person who for the purposes of this project I will call “counselor”, invested time and money trying to sow knowledge and discipline, as a way to shape my life in several areas, both in the financial area, family, as well as in the personal and spiritual area of this humble servant.
This process marked me in a very positive way, and to this day I still try to apply some of his advice and emulate his way of doing things, according to the little I know about him, although the relationship was and still is beneficial to me, we are “wired” differently which represents a challenge in our way of understanding each other, either by cultural issues or training there is a very large “gap” that we were trying to reduce without success.
Anyway, all our interaction seems to me a very valuable material, and I will share it as advice because I think it can be beneficial to other people, so I hope that this whole series of articles can be useful to someone; another reason why I share this experience, is the possibility of preserving in perpetuity this kind of legacy writing in this blokchain.
Meeting point
Our first interaction was in a post I wrote 5 years ago, where I talked about technological advancement, more specifically quantum computers, and in this post I received one of his first comments, if not the first, I'm not sure about that now, but here I share fragments of our conversation:
"Advisor: Far from an expert on this subject (or really any other subject … 😉 ) I have been reading about the pending release of computers with this capability for the last 2 years or so, since R & D (research and development) on them has been very active for quite some time. As you cite here, there are many others, besides Google, who are in this “race” and we’ll likely all find out soon enough who the “winner” is going to be.
To what end? Only our sovereign Lord ultimately knows, but man views this as a huge technological step forward given the exponential increase in processing power these quantum computers represent. Perhaps you and I could agree that, as with most any technological advance, there will be some positive applications of it. And some that will be very sobering, in terms of what they will represent for our future …

I totally agree with you, but the speed that technology advances every year surprises me, I know that many will become a blessing for humanity.
I only hope that this technological "career" companies can try to improve the quality of life of people.

From there we were redirected to another platform where we had a conversation for about 5 years, with some time without communication; paradoxically our conversation started for a technological advancement issue and the straw that broke the camel's back to temporarily cut our communication was a fault I incurred, when I used AI for the publication of an article.
Tip of the day
Learn to value those relationships that come into your life to make you grow, to add value to who you are, those relationships that come to empower your life and improve your environment because people like that are extremely rare in today's world.
Value and apply every piece of advice that comes from someone who has lived more than you, but who has lived successfully, who exhibits values such as discipline, constancy, integrity and respect, they have a lot to teach you and their advice can help you grow.

Our meeting point took place in 2019 months before the pandemic, and there are studies that show that the use of technology grew exponentially during and after the pandemic, this due to different factors among them remote work, people were forced to work from home, in addition to other types of meetings that became popular online.
According to DIGITAL PROGRESS AND TRENDS REPORT 2023, internet users increased from 1.5 Million in 2018 to about 5.3 Million in 2022 a great solo in internet usage.
Since the first time a lot of water has flowed under the bridges, there has been a lot of technological advancement, however, I still think that some technological developments will make life easier for people, but other tools will serve for mass control like some applications now. We pray that these new technological tools will not have detrimental effects on our society.
