Ultimo mes del año, nos acercamos al final de un año mas y parece inevitable detenernos a pensar y reflexionar acerca de todo lo que nuestro Señor nos permitió vivir a lo largo de todo este ano, parece inevitable volver a enero del presente año, para rebuscar en las metas y los objetivos que nos trazamos, que además por alguna razón no pudimos cumplir una vez mas, es como recorrer un camino circular y volver al punto de inicio con un montón de dudas, pero también con muchas certezas.

Tal parece que mi medida particularmente no debería ser 365 días, al parecer vamos aprendiendo, pero aprendiendo lento y cada ano te hace un poco mas consciente de tu realidad, te ensena que hay metas que se deben trabajar mucho y que no se cuentan en días sino en caídas y levantamiento, en lagrimas y sonrisas y no tiene nada que ver con este tiempo en el que estamos atrapados, tal vez me he enfocado mucho en el calendario todo el tiempo.

Sin embargo hay cosas que no cambian y que a pesar del proceso particular te gritan o te quieren hacer entender a la fuerza que lo mas importante es lo colectivo, es lo que hacemos como cuerpo y no como miembro aislado, entonces en medio de la reflexión nos damos cuenta que ganamos mucho mas de lo que perdimos, que lo que logramos alcanzar fue mucho mas importante que lo que dejamos de alcanzar, o mas bien que lo que el Señor nos permito alcanzar debemos valorarlo por encima de lo que no hemos logrado aun y que por nada del mundo debemos pensar en rendirnos.

Por eso me gusta destacar estos logros colectivos, como por ejemplo: llegar unidos como familia a finales de cada año, y celebrar como el domingo pasado lo que fue nuestra ultima Reunión dominical del ano, en relación a reunirnos para alabar y compartir la palabra del Señor, ya que el domingo que queda de este año, domingo 28 tenemos planificado compartir nuestra cena de fin de ano en comunidad como lo hemos hecho durante los últimos años.

El pasado domingo 21 de diciembre hubo una buena convocatoria en relación a la cantidad de hermanos pertenecientes a nuestra congregación, aunque parece muy difícil reunirlos a todos en un solo servicio y faltaron algunos, lo cierto es que nos reunimos una buena cantidad a celebrar nuestro ultimo servicio dominical de este 2025, así que tuvimos algo así como sentimientos encontrados, alegres por todos los que asistieron y algo triste por algunos que no estuvieron, sin embargo fue una jornada muy emotiva.

La dinámica del servicio se desarrollo de una manera distinta a la habitual, con la particularidad de que cada familia presente paso al frente a expresar palabras de acción de gracias a nuestro Dios por el año que les permitió vivir, los desafíos que tuvieron que enfrentar y victorias que que también disfrutaron este año.

Fueron momentos muy emotivos con cada intervención familiar, cada testimonio y acción de gracias fueron palabras de motivación para cada persona congregada este día, y salimos muy motivados con cada testimonio familiar.

Para lo que resta de ano tenemos dos actividades planificadas, la primera es nuestra cena de fin de despedida o fin de ano y la segunda es una jornada de trabajo de construcción donde tenemos previsto seguir avanzando con lo que son las fundaciones de lo que será nuestra casa de oración, y al igual que antes les voy a estar compartiendo nuestros avances constantemente.

Bueno mis estimados, esto fue parte de lo que vivimos el domingo pasado en nuestra ultima Reunión dominical, espero poder compartir con ustedes mucho mas de nuestra experiencia como familia de la fe.

It teaches you that there are goals that require a lot of work and that are not counted in days but in falls and rises, in tears and smiles, and have nothing to do with this time in which we are trapped. However, there are things that do not change and that, despite the particular process, scream at you or force you to understand that the most important thing is the collective, what we do as a body and not as isolated members. So, in the midst of reflection, we realize that we gained much more than we lost, that what we achieved was much more important than what we failed to achieve, or rather that what the Lord allowed us to achieve should be valued above what we have not yet achieved, and that we should not think of giving up for anything in the world.

Last Sunday, December 21, there was a good turnout in terms of the number of brothers and sisters belonging to our congregation. Although it seems very difficult to bring everyone together in a single service, and some were missing, the truth is that a good number of us gathered to celebrate our last Sunday service of 2025. so we had somewhat mixed feelings, happy for all those who attended and a little sad for those who were not there, but it was a very emotional day.

The service unfolded in a different way than usual, with each family present coming forward to express words of thanksgiving to our God for the year He had allowed them to live, the challenges they had to face, and the victories they also enjoyed this year.

For the rest of the year, we have two activities planned. The first is our end-of-year farewell dinner, and the second is a construction work day where we plan to continue laying the foundation for what will be our house of prayer. As before, I will be sharing our progress with you constantly.
