Itâs been a while since I last wrote a cat themed post, which makes sense since a few health issues kept both my cats kids and me busy. Actually, the last time I wrote such a post was when I introduced Brety to the family, but I never really took the time to share how much he has changed both my life and Skyâs ever since he crossed the window border and found a forever home and a family that absolutely adores him.
Anyway, talking about cats has become one of my favorite topics whenever I chat with someone, especially with so many stories to share about these two, but today, I want to share a recent photo shoot. The first picture in this post is AI-generated because, although I had a great idea of taking real photos with them in a similar setting, I figured it would be too stressful for them especially since it would involve strangers, which they arenât used to.
Instead, I also managed to take some real pictures, which Iâll leave attached below, showing both Sky and Brety proudly wearing the sweaters they received as gifts from Santa Claus this year, along with high-quality food and treats. â€ïž
While for some people it might seem unusual to dote on two cats with such fervor since at this age itâs more common to see people proud of their children, relationships, or careers, for me, it has always been more about mental wellbeing and how many times these two have saved me when no one else had any clue what I was going through.
Thatâs why I feel I can honestly say that the relationship I currently have with Brety and Sky is unlike anything Iâve experienced before. It makes perfect sense to consider them not just part of the family, but also tiny parts of myself and my heart, which they constantly nurture with their gestures, unconditional love, and boundless energy.
Anyway, I feel like I got a bit too emotional, so above Iâve included two more pictures of my babies in front of the carefully chosen Christmas tree, which, for obvious reasons, doesnât have any hanging decorations, but where you can see the âhappinessâ on their faces, lol.
Also, all three of us would like to wish you a Merry Christmas in advance. May peace, love, and happiness fill your days as this crazy year comes to an end. Whether youâre celebrating with family, loved ones, or alone, donât forget to take these last few days a little easier and get ready for a new year thatâs just around the corner with 365 fresh new opportunities and days to explore to the fullest.
