Greetings friends, for some time now I have been keeping a Pokémon collection that is very charming because of the cute characters.
I recently made one of Laburo and today I would like to share with you another character of this collection, in this case the evolution of Oddish, a Pokémon that I had made before.
I'm talking about the second stage of this character, Gloom.

Saludos amigos, desde hace un tiempo he llevado una colección de Pokémon que es muy encantadora por lo lindo de los personajes.
Hace poco hice una de Laburo y hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes a otro personaje de esta colección, en este caso la evolución de Oddish, un Pokémon que ya había hecho antes.
Les hablo de la segunda etapa de este personaje, Gloom.
Step by step
The materials I used were a little more varied than the ones I have used in previous occasions.
Instead of just plasticine, I also used some aluminum foil, wire and, as I said, plasticine of different colors.
As for tools, I also used a cutter, knitting needle, pliers and glue.
Paso a paso
Los materiales que utilice fueron un poco mas variados que los que he utilizado en ocasiones anteriores.
En lugar de solo plastilina, también usé un poco de papel de aluminio, alambre y, como dije, plastilina de diversos colores.
En cuanto a herramientas también usé un cutter, aguja de tejer, tenazas y pegamento.
I started with the aluminum foil. Because of the size of the character and how small his little legs are, I shouldn't make him out of plasticine only, because it would be too heavy and unstable, so I decided to make a little ball of aluminum foil and then attach the legs and arms with wire.
Seen like this, he looks like a daddy-faced gentleman, but he will take shape.
Comencé con el papel aluminio. Por el tamaño del personaje y lo pequeñas que son sus patitas, no debía hacerlo solamente de plastilina, pues pesaría demasiado y sería inestable, así que decidí hacer una bolita de papel aluminio y luego colocarle las patas y brazos con alambre.
Visto así, parece un señor cara de papá, pero ya irá tomando forma.
Once the base was ready, I started to cover this skeleton with plasticine. I used a color similar to Oddish, but a little darker, just a little, it's not too noticeable.
As you can see, I put a couple of wires for the arms and legs.
Una vez lista la base, comencé a cubrir está suerte de esqueleto con plastilina. Usé un color parecido al de Oddish, pero un poco más oscuro, solo un poco, no sé nota demasiado.
Como pueden ver, le coloqué un par de alambres tanto para los brazos como para las piernas.
In the case of the little arms, the shape I used to make them is similar to the shape of a very small eggplant, so I nailed them to the wire and smoothed the joints.
For the legs I made the legs very thin and the feet very long and equally thin, as if they were clown shoes.
En el caso de los bracitos, la forma que usé pars hacerlo es una forma similar a la de una berenjena muy pequeña, así que los clavé en el alambre y suavicé las uniones.
Para las patas hice las piernas muy delgadas y los pies muy largos e igual de delgados, vamos como si fuesen zapatos de payaso.
After that I made the face. For the eyes I used two small curved lines, as you can see in the image below.
For the mouth I made the lips thin by making a continuous line of plasticine in purple. I used a little white for the drool that Gloom usually has in his mouth.
Luego de esto le hice la cara. Para los ojos usé dos líneas pequeñas y curveadas, tal cómo pueden ver en la imagen de abajo.
Para la boca hice los labios delgados haciendo una línea continua de plastilina a violeta. Usé un poco de blanco para lo que sería la baba que suele tener Gloom en la boca.
At this point the body of the character is ready, only this kind of crown is missing, which is more like a plant.
As it is still not fully opened, we have to make the main leaves, which would be something like the initial leaves that Oddish has. In total I made four orange leaves, which makes sense because they would be half withered leaves.
Ya en este punto el cuerpo del personaje está listo, solo falta está suerte de corona que es más bien una planta.
Como aún está sin abrir completamente, hay que hacerle las hojas principales, que vendrían a ser algo así como las hojas iniciales que tiene Oddish. En total hice cuatro de color naranja, lo cual tiene sentido porque serían hojas a medio marchitar.
The "fleshy" part of this plant would be a total of four red spheres with a few pink dots, as you can see in the image below.
La parte "carnosa" de esta planta sería un total de cuatro esferas de color rojo con unos cuantos puntitos de color rosado, tal cómo pueden ver en la imagen de abajo.
The four fruits should be at the top of the head, between the separation of the four orange leaves.
Los cuatro frutos deben ir en la parte superior de la cabeza, entre la separación que tienen las cuatro hojas de color naranja.
I used some glue to reinforce the union of the pieces. This way the figurine was finished.

Usé un poco de pegamento para reforzar la unión de las piezas. De esta manera la figurita quedó terminada.
