We don't directly control the circumstances that live gives us, but we certainly control what we give to life. The way we act, speak, think... And in the long run, what we give out will always come back to us, good or bad...
I'm seeing recently that it's really super simple. The main focus should be on the things that are closest to us. Eating well. Not putting any toxins into the body. Being physically active. Keeping a good attitude, emotioanlly and mentally....
That's it. Much easier said than done, of course... But just by making that my mental focus, I'm already on the right track...
