I just came back from the gym and I did a quick 10 minute run on the treadmill, and then 5 reps of 10kg dumbbells. There wasn't enough time for me to do more workouts lately and I don't feel good about it. I wish I had more time but it's just not enough for me to do all the things that I had to do and still have more time for my workout routine but I just couldn't stretch enough of my time to fit everything 😞.
Anyway, I'm glad that I managed to achieve my 10k activity score today for my Actifit report and that I'm glad about.
