I didn't have enough time to work out the balance for my goal to reach the 10k activity score for my Actifit report, but that's okay. I had a good score yesterday to make it out and that makes me feel good about my activity for this week.
Anyway, I'm able to go to the gym today to do a quick run on the treadmill and then I also did 4 reps of the 10kg dumbbells.
