Everyday Scenes: Common Places in My City

One day I went for a walk, it was mid-October; the second month of autumn in my city. That means that every 12, 13 hours or so rain was part of the landscape. The asphalt, the walls of the houses and the reflection of the small puddles that form in the imperfections of the streets, from my point of view it was worthy to take out the mobile phone and start photographing.

Normally, the best photographs I have taken have always been in the context of no planning. I go for a walk, and suddenly.... The surprise! For me, this beautiful pattern makes everything more precious to me. These photos you are about to see were while I was on my way to do cardio through a 4/5 km walk from my home to a relatively close point.

A phone box, the perspective between an object in the foreground and the background that makes up the photograph. The colours of signs that indicate that we have arrived at a specific place in my city, or simply the beautiful geometry "drawn" by inert objects such as electrical wiring..... Life has these touches of poetry, of art, of perception, which are also valid for aesthetics and admiration.

That has been my whole idea, and also to try to find in an indifferent, robotised and too individualised city, remarkable aspects (from my point of view, of course) that are worthy of some admiration. Besides, I am very influenced by the way of capturing inert images that many authors and artists tend to do. It is not worth mentioning (and not because they are not worthy), but because this work is about the commonplace, the everyday; what is always there.

Sometimes, the journey is far more beautiful and rewarding than the goal. Not always, I accept it, but sometimes. In my digital galleries I have a lot of photos that reflect objects that have no biological life but do reflect human acts: like Einstein's equation, or the scratches that boys and girls leave on public telephone booths. The passage of man among nature and how we interpenetrate in a curious symbiosis. This is not an incredible post, it is a sample of what I consider beautiful and at the same time meaningful. It's my vision and it's my sample to you, @visualshots. Enjoy, if you like....

**Thank you for taking the time to read me! I appreciate you doing so. I make it very clear, that the photographs presented here have been taken by me.**
