La herramienta deportiva que les mostraré en esta oportunidad es la PALCHAGI o por lo menos ese es el nombre con el que la conocí mistras practicaba Taekwondo. También la llaman raqueta de pateo y también pandereta de pateo.
Con esta herramienta podemos practicar todo tipo de patadas, están hechas de un material resistente y a la vez acolchado.
Se puede entrenar con una sola pero lo ideal es tener dos para practicar patadas con las dos piernas de una manera más fluida y la manera de usarlas es muy fácil, simplemente un maestro, superior o compañero de entrenamiento sujeta las panderetas y te va indicando las combinaciones de patadas que debes realizar.
