Where Are We Now

With all the devices we have in our world today.
We would think that the time we have to spend for hobbies and leisure would be abundant for us.
That is not true at all for me. I don't know how your time is allotted each day/week and month.

And the expenses of living is very costly.
Insurance costs alone is high. I won't go through the list. You have your own. Ha
Let me give you a little tidbit of information that you may or may not know.
Insurance in the past century was optional.
The only insurance coverage I can remember that my dad had was one policy. It was "life insurance."

Even in his day and time. No one was buried without the state being involved in some way. That is why he had that insurance policy.
That was it. No health, car, liability, property, etc.
Our world is very different today than what it was back then.
We struggle to keep from falling thru the cracks. Ha

It is time to move forward though. What is behind us in past times is gone forever. Just as I had posted before in the great song by Paddy Reilly

But, as I have just written. We move on.

We might have something that we are planning for in the future.
And it may or may not be finished in the end as we had thought or planned.
But, the people's work and plan in the photo below can be looked at to see what has been done and completed to this point in time.

I don't think the guidepost was put there to measure the height of the field of weeds. Ha

I was walking.
But the rider can move along much faster and farther in the same allotted time.
But, much can be missed in whizzing along though.

Just keep walking Ambrose. That was a odd song to me.
But, that is what I do. Just keep walking.
Much like the running of Forrest Gump in the very good movie.
Will I find something in my walking that is very pretty and unusual.?
Maybe. But not this time though.

No, this is not the tooth fairy. Ha

Here is where we are. I now know where I am as I walk along. The handy signs keep me in the know. lol

How could we ever learn and know about all that we see as we walk along? Someone will have to tell us. I don't have enough time to search for the information. It is enough for me to just see it.

A weed or a flower. Maybe it is both.
It is blooming into something nice to look at though.

I watch and hope that the cryptos will finally begin the upward move in dollar price.
It would really be nice if Steem would start moving up too.
We will wait.
I have a lot of confidence that patience will pay off for us.
