Korean people could trade their cryptocurrency legally in exchange, however, the price is still 30%+ higher in Korean exchanges than in exchanges elsewhere.
这个溢价反映了当地的混乱程度，要知道中国允许交易所的时候是平价交易的，渠道收窄到OTC和去中心化交易以后，才因为渠道不通的因素溢价10%左右……
The premium actually reflected chaos index in Korea. Compared to cryptocurrency trading price in China, it's keeps even to prices elsewhere in the world. Even the channel is banned, premium is keeping less than 10%. Just reflected difficulty to trade crypto with fiat currency.
