Hi Actifitters,
yesterday I had a long ride of one hour and 55 minutes at 125 watts on the indoor trainer. I set myself two goals. First, I wanted to set a new time record for covering 40 kilometers, and second, I wanted to complete 60 kilometers within the given time. In the end, I achieved both, even though the last half hour was quite strenuous.
The session in numbers:
Total time - 1:55:02
Distance - 60.34 km
Output - 125 watts
Speed - 31,5 km/h
Personal best - 40 km in 1:13:52
I then rode for another 20 minutes to cool down and got off the bike with slight pain in my buttocks.
Since a friend and his dog are visiting, we'll be heading out for a longer walk soon. We'll decide how many kilometers it ends up being spontaneously.
I'll skip my bike training today because of this.
