Good morning, evenings or nights steemians !! It's my first post so I'll introduce myself :). My name is Ricardo (Fluzo for friends, for the movie '' Back to the future'' you know xD) and I currently live in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain. I am a young student of Forestry Engineering with a dark hobby .... THE KITCHEN !!!! I have worked in all possible jobs in a restaurant, either as a kitchen assistant, cook, waiter, bartender ..... and I intend to convey my knowledge about this great world (and learn from you hehe).
This hobby comes from watching my mother cook, because she has taken the family forward with her tasty recipes and I have always liked to help peel potatoes, onions ... to later do the food myself ¡¡¡even invent my own recipes !!!
The main theme of my posts will be the traditional Spanish cuisine, making a tour of all regions and making the most popular meals of my country, but you will also have information on more international recipes, spectacular cocktails and some surprises that I have reserved for you ;)
As a forestry student I love nature and everything that has to do with its conservation, so if you like it as much as I do and have some claim or some interesting topic, do not hesitate to tell me !!!!!
And nothing more to comment, if you have any suggestion of recipe (either your favorite, one that you do not know how to do or just one that has caught your attention) you can write it in a comment and I will gladly upload it.
