What the heck is going on here?! Dolly’s almost fainted after staring into 2 x zzk-50s, pointing straight at her. Trying to keep herself from collapsing. She tried to contain her fear, but the thought of dropping down to her knees and start begging for her live was so real that her knees started buckling. Before she knew it, she was face down on the ground, hyperventilating. Dolly did not move a muscle. Still in total shock. Bewildered at the fact that this might be the moment when her life be snatched from her.
How did this happen?! How did her roommate turn out to be a killer for hire? She knew that something was going on with him, but she thought it might have been work or family related. Not this!! Why?? How could he??
How did it all lead up to this?? She didn’t pay attention to all the warning signs. She owed the Zickos (bad gang members) some zillos. She thought they would not get to her on the 3rd level.
She saved up Zillos. Not spending anything out of budget. Even had to cut back on her food intake. She was figurately half the person she knew 50 000 star years ago! Her black leather blouse and shirt was hanging from her body. She needs to get it altered. Her little red number must do for now. Not a bad choose at all. 80 percent of her clients prefer her in the red outfit. She felt impowered when she wears it. One head taller than most of them when wearing these bad assss red boots! Its her best tool. The client stopper, whistle machine. Yeah, baby!! HEHE she laughed, they are such suckers! Real scumbags!! It was the quiet ones that she feared the most! It was an advert in the hallway leading up to her scrappy ground level apartment. She was so sick and tired of leaking green gas pipes and Zickos members kicking and hammering at her door. This was a gift sent from the galaxies. One bloody nose, two broken ribs turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
Sh1t to think that this would be the last time that she needed to poop into a drum and then dial z+101 to have it recycled. This is a dream come true. It’s not as bad as what all here’, makes it to be. I mean it’s a sealed unit after all. And have zt3908-11 to help with the smell and the decomposing.
Will have a real toilet with real toilet paper. Its classical just like the old movies she used to watch on those little cell phones back in the day. Wow, it’s almost million-star year ago. She would activate the new implanted ear buds and then block out all the horror from the outside world. The z409 comes with location tracking something she did not like, but up now she had no one to fear. Yes, she loaned a bit of zillos from the Zikos gang, but she could pay it off through her work duties. The boss doesn’t call her Dolly. He likes to call her Ziko prop, like she was owned by him. She would buy a little place outside the rift away from all the violence and crime. A 2-bedroom flat. One room for her and one for her mommy. Ruth, her mommy has XPgromolitis, a brain eating disease. One more moon cycle and she would have enough Zillos to pay for the operation her mommy needs and the flat they so desperately longed for. Sometimes Ruth doesn’t recognize her and sometimes she would be so happy to see her even remembers her wedding day. It’s a blessing sometimes when she forgets that Dolly was her baby girl. She is not proud of the life she’s has been living for the last 50 000-star years, but it pays the bills and after Ben’s dispatch she knew that she had to do something to keep the pots cooking.
Yes, it’s been 50 000-star years now. Not one word from Ben! Galaxy 4, the spaceship he was assigned to, have not contacted the base in all this time. She has been to the base office so many times to ask when last they made contact and if there is any hope of the crew and ship returning.
Once every moon cycle she would pop in there after her shift ended. She would ask Captain Frank if there were any information on galaxy 4. At first, he was so kind and helpful. Almost like treating a widow but after 9000 cycles he would look at her and say: “You know the answer to that question.” “Mrs. Starstone” I think you should forget about returning to your normal life. Dolly is the new norm now” We need to be realistic here” I know this is not what you want to hear, but it’s the truth!”

Dolly was thinking she did not even get a change to say goodbye to Ruth. Who will take care of her? She pays every moon cycle 10 000 zillos to the caretakers at Zozo old age centre. They took good care of her, but its not the same as when your child can take care of you. Dolly wanted to take her for galaxy frozen yogurt and milkshake. Dolly’s dad used to take them often for frozen yogurt. But all has changed after he was murdered for his new implants. After his work shift, he took a shuttle home and got high jacked they butchered him. Leaving his body parts in the back of the shuttle.
She remembers that moment. She can’t sleep anymore, haunted by the gruesome scene. Tossing and turning. Most nights she would wake up in a pool of sweat. First, she dreams of Ben. The last wave he gave her, then a flash back to the bloody shuttle scene.
