Howdy!
This is just a quick update. There is some family stuff going on but I have stayed on track. Food wise I have been on point but didn't record it into myfitnesspal. Though tomorrow Ill log everything and share it with you all.
Workout wise I have been riding my stationary bike as well did my planks. They have turned out to be a lot harder than I thought but feeling great! Well I won't ramble here as I said everything in the video.
