Hello Steermers!
My name is Bob... a few nicknames, depending on which what part of the country I'm visiting (or which country). Hamish (I'm a bit rough around the edges), Big-un (bigger than average), Otto (middle name), and Grosses (in Germany by my crazy cousins after they learned the meaning of the English word gross... family... :P).
I grew up near Buffalo but now live in rural east/central Florida. I'm a married Christian, handyman by trade, but also an organic gardener and cat herder. I'm libertarian/anarchist in political leaning and love living near a motley crew of veterans, rednecks and assorted eccentrics, but I generally get along with most people.
I plan on writing posts on those aspects of my life and other things as well - but you know what they say about plans... anyway, I hope a few of y'all enjoy what I post.
