Description:
TIME function in Excel or Google Sheets is used to return the serial number of a particular time.
Function Structure:
=TIME(hour,minute,second)
Arguments
hour - an integer from 0 to 24
minute - an integer from 0 to 60
second - an integer from 0 to 60
