What Went Right?
I've basically gotten my twitter usage on my phone down to zero (for transparency, I still use it on other devices but still at a much reduced rate because I'm doing other things on them and are not as easy to just pick up and scroll). I also tried to clean up a little more where I could, and managed to clear off some space in the kitchen (though it promptly got cluttered again).
What Went Wrong?
I've been dealing with some irl crap happening that is a little out of my hands and is quite a handful to deal with it, so I haven't really been able to make much progress studying, nor sleeping on time.
What Can I Improve?
I think I just need to stop whining and do more cleaning, because it gets cluttered quick and I can't let it pile up before the weekend because inevitably I have something to handle then. I'm still trying to study admist the crap going on IRL but as long as I do some over the weekend, that might be the best I've got. And also to not game during my free time under the guise of "I'm exhausted and I need to destress" because I don't think it really helps destress lol.
