What went right?
I'm at 66.4kg. I sticked to my calorie range 0/7 times. I’ll still be decreasing my calories to 1,970kcal per day, there’s fluctuations to my weight due to the cheat days, with lightly active activity level as I found that I could still talk long convos during my workouts. Will still be observing the changes next week and see how far it’ll drop then! 0%

3.I exercised 0/6 times only. The domino effect got the best of me, but my other habits still pushed through, discipline is a skill, and I’ll hone it everyday and laugh at my failures, the more there is the more experience I’ll learn from it. My improvements on muscle groups are as follows:
-push up (81reps over 4sets) no progress!
-pull ups (5reps x 4sets) No progress!
-dips (34 over 4sets) no progress!
-one leg squats (1 rep (each side) x 4 sets) no progress!
-one leg calf raises (11reps each x 4sets) no progress!
-Ab crunch side ways (6reps x 4sets) no progress! 0%

What went wrong?
All of these were caused by the diet change after the hike, the domino effect
How will I Improve?
I’ll improve by still staying true to my ideals and beliefs. Discipline is a skill, everyone wants instant results, but reality is harsh, and it is not like in the movies. I’ll suck it up, bounce back, and show it with my actions.
