Yesterday I've decided to work on my obliques; the side muscles of your abs which give you a nice V-shaped look. I inspired myself from one of @doviesworkout videos on Instagram. Follow him if you like this content, he has come tool stuff there.
I'm always trying to mix up my exercise routine, so I love getting ideas from others. This routine seemed very easy and fun to do, and boy is it effective! I was sore for a week! It does not only work your front obliques, but also the side muscles in your back. This routine is an excellent addition to your regular ab/core routine.

PS: I'm sorry if at times you can't see the weight on the screen. When I was filming it was all on screen, but when I edited my video for some reason part of the frame was cut off at the bottom. I hope you can still see how its done.
