•How to prepare
Put the water to boil, once the water is boiling, pour the oat flakes, stir and pour some milk, then pour honey to taste, in my case I like to throw three tablespoons and finally a pinch of salt. Cook for five to ten minutes.
These breakfasts can be completed with a natural orange juice and / or a glass of vegetable milk that is healthier, such as oatmeal or almond milk.
