Hace un par de días, el 14 de diciembre, fue el cumpleaños de nuestro gran y querido amigo Josue y tuvimos una pequeña, pero linda reunión de la que quería hablarles un poco.

Hi people, I hope y'all very well today✨.
A couple of days ago, on December 14, it was the birthday of our dear friend Josue, and we had a small but lovely gathering that I wanted to tell you a little bit about.
Josue es un gran amigo de mí hermana mayor, Alondra, es el novio de su mejor amiga Alejandra y los conoce desde que estaban en Maturín, luego se reencontraron acá en Buenos Aires.
Habíamos planeado pasar un buen domingo en casa de Alondra, comiendo pasticho y compartiendo tranquilamente y así fue, aunque, como Marcos (mí novio) y yo llegamos algo tarde, no pude tomarles fotos a los pastichos porque ya todos comieron ): pero estaban deliciosos.
Fue un poco nuestra culpa haber llegado tarde porque nos tardamos imprimiendo las fotitos para los cupcakes de Josue, me pidieron el favor y así fue, pero todos estabamos encantados con el resultado, se veía muy bonito todo, los cupcakes y la torta.
Josue is a great friend of my older sister, Alondra. He is the boyfriend of her best friend, Alejandra, and she has known them since they were in Maturín. They later reconnected here in Buenos Aires.
We had planned to spend a nice Sunday at Alondra's house, eating pasticho and sharing a quiet time together, and that's how it went, although since Marcos (my boyfriend) and I arrived a little late, I couldn't take any pictures of the pastichos because everyone had already eaten :), but they were delicious.
It was partly our fault for arriving late because we took a while printing the photos for Josue's cupcakes. They asked me to do it, and I did, but we were all delighted with the result. Everything looked very nice, the cupcakes and the cake.

Hablamos un rato, comimos y luego cantamos el cumpleaños, la torta estaba deliciosa.
Me gustan mucho este tipo de reuniones tranquilas donde podemos respirar un poco de la rutina y estar con los seres que amamos, Josue ha sido un gran amigo y apoyo, así que nos alegramos de que la haya pasado bien y le haya gustado estar acá con nosotros.

We talked for a while, ate, and then sang “Happy Birthday.” The cake was delicious.
I really like these kinds of quiet gatherings where we can take a break from our routine and be with the people we love. Josue has been a great friend and support, so we're glad he had a good time and enjoyed being here with us.
