La cultura egipcia siempre me ha fascinado. Haciendo scroll en Tik Tok estuve escuchando algunas canciones viejas como: Wal Like an Egiptian del grupo The Bangles (generación 80's) y me inspiré en ese título de la canción, continué haciendo scroll y pude ver algunos cortes de películas de Cleopatra, su corte de cabello y vestimentas, el resto es poesía.
Usando la misma paleta de colores de siempre, con el mismo estilo kawaii y la nueva forma de hacer lineart que aprendí, les presento mi diseño de hoy.

Greetings community!
Egyptian culture has always fascinated me. Scrolling in Tik Tok I was listening to some old songs like: Wal Like an Egyptian by The Bangles (80's generation) and I was inspired by that song title, I continued scrolling and I could see some movie cuts of Cleopatra, her haircut and clothes, the rest is poetry.
Using the same color palette as always, with the same kawaii style and the new lineart I learned, I present you my design for today.

La diferencia de este diseño es que no pretendo generar movimiento en el cabello, será un corte plano, un corte egipcio.
Estuve pensando cómo iba a lograr detalles en la ropa y en el ambiente, quise integrar el ojo de Horus en el maquillaje, pues al intentar de recrear el maquillaje de Cleopatra no lucía bien.
Había escuchado en los documentales que Cleopatra se creía una diosa, la encarnación de Isis y que, hasta su amante Marco Antonio se creyó ser la reencarnación del dios griego Dionisio, también escuché que se creyó la reencarnación de un dios egipcio pero no recuerdo ya cual era. Todo esto me pareció muy interesante.
Aplico el color base en capas separadas con sus respectivas carpetas. Agrego el detalle de los ojos pues era la parte que sentí mayor inseguridad. Para este caso, solo me bastó hacer uno, duplicarlo y luego invertirlo colocándolo en el otro lugar.

The difference in this design is that I don't intend to generate movement in the hair, it will be a flat cut, an Egyptian cut.
I was thinking about how I was going to achieve details in the clothes and in the environment, I wanted to integrate the eye of Horus in the makeup, because when I tried to recreate Cleopatra's makeup it didn't look good.
I had heard in documentaries that Cleopatra believed herself to be a goddess, the incarnation of Isis and that even her lover Mark Antony believed himself to be the reincarnation of the Greek god Dionysus, I also heard that she believed herself to be the reincarnation of an Egyptian god but I don't remember which one it was. I found all this very interesting.
I apply the base color in separate layers with their respective folders. I add the detail of the eyes because it was the part that I felt more insecure. For this case, I only had to make one, duplicate it and then invert it placing it in the other place.
