
So many people doesn't know that taking care of your body, drinking a lot of water, washing your clothes regularly, changing your underwear , shaving your private parts and armpits is also personal hygiene. Most people thought is eating good food and taking the appropriate drugs is what is called personal hygiene. There's a lady staying close to our house, she came and told me as a medical personnel what drugs would she take to cure her of body and private part itching. She said for over two weeks she had been itching her bumbum and her private part is itching her and making her uncomfortable.

As a medical personnel and as a man, I asked her how long she used to wear one underwear and how frequently she used to shave her private part. She confirmed to me she used to wear her underwear two to three times before changing it. And about shaving her private part, she said at times two months and so. I told her even lack of shaving your private part regularly and not changing your underwear regularly can also caused irritation and itching of her body and private part. I told her when she doesn't take care of herself it will become a problem for her.

She will take her personal hygiene very serious. Everything is not all about drugs and injections. At times if you take care of yourself and keep your body very neat and clean, you will hardly fall sick. Instead of taking or consuming excess alcohol, why not drink a lot of water instead. When you take a lot of good water, it keeps your body hydrated and makes your blood to regulate adequately. After or before eating food, make sure you take some fruits to aid or ease the digestion.

Don't eat any food that's very heavy at night, like eating carbohydrates food at night before going to bed is not medically good. When you eat heavy food at night and immediately go to bed, it doesn't digest on time and the rate at which your blood regulate and your body system works will be very slow .

When one is conscious of all this things and followed by adequately and take care of his or her personal hygiene very well, the rate of falling sick will reduced.
Personal hygiene is very important and necessary to be observed, neglecting it will cause you harm and body system malfunction.
