Two days after we posted this picture on our Instagram and fb page we reached maximum capacity and had to close our weekly salad mix subscription spots.
Its insane how fast everything has exploded. We started off going to one restaurant, well a coffeehouse and a week or so later we opened up offering salad mixes of microgreens to customers - people was so eager to sign up! So, this is why I havent had much time to post anything. Just keeping up with planting trays, harvesting, answering customer emails and making all of our graphic design (and attending events) there isnt much time left in the day. And most of this I try do while Edith naps but sometimes she has patients with me and watch me plant stuff.
