Hello dear friends!
About a month ago I published an article in the NeedleWorkMonday community in which I showed how I crochet a warm back belt. I really liked the idea with such knitted warming belts, so I decided to knit another one.
This time I wanted to make it thinner and stretch like a rubber band.
I used white wool yarn.
I did not crochet this belt, but knitting needles. For knitting, I scored 55 loops.

She knitted rows only with facial loops. I knit the last edge stitch of each row with a purl stitch.

Although I knitted this belt with knitting needles much longer than the previous one (which I crocheted), I really liked the result.

Such a belt perfectly warms up the back and is useful for those who have problems with the kidneys and lower back. When it's cold, you can wear it under your clothes outside, or you can wear it at home as a support for your back.
Hope my idea is helpful!
I wish you all a wonderful creative mood!!!
Hugs everyone)
