Hello everyone!
My day was quite productive and my phone/app cooperated, it surprisingly tracked my movements this time. In the morning, I visited an acquaintance. She picked Saturday as our schedule to study. When I got home, I decided to cook the steak that I bought last Thursday. I was excited because it was my first time. But then, I failed. Well, the truth is I'm not a fan of red meat and it's bad for my health and my family's too (high in cholesterol and purine). I have watched a lot of vlogs cooking steak so it has piqued my curiosity. Maybe I should have followed the instructions strictly, like using a cast iron pan and cooking for only 1-2 minutes per side. It looked uncooked to me so I extended the time haha. Anyway, my mom saw how disappointed I was so she put it back on the stove and braised it. Thankfully, I became tender.
At 4 pm, I started doing the laundry. It was quite a lot. My husband helped me finish it when he got home from work. I have reached my goal so I didn't force myself to workout after. And besides, I didn't have enough sleep last night.
