here for Contest Round 115Finally, I am back and happy to join the macro contest again.
Today I have two individual spiders that might be from different species, but most likely from the same genus based on their markings and color patterns. For sure they are from the Salticidae family or from the jumping spider.
I found them at different places as well, one is at home guarding what it seems to be its nest, and the other one is wandering around, maybe in its hunting mode.
And I will use the one that stays at home as my entry for this week's contest, as you can see in the first photo below.
This spider made its nest on the underside of the flower petals, making use of the petals to cover the nest from the natural elements which might broke the nest.
And then on the photos below, I found this spider which is running around on top of a leaf, maybe on its way to hunt its prey. I really love the marking it has on its body, so beautiful.
