Can Evil Spirits Physically Touch Humans?

Those that are not born of God can be touched by Satan and by evil spirits according to 1 John 5:18 which says;

Evil, or the evil spirits, or Satan and his cohorts cannot touch those that are born of God. What does that mean? It means that those that are not born of God can be touched by Satan, by evil spirits. The Bible classifies that those who cannot be touched by the evil one, or Satan, are those begotten of God, that keepeth themselves from sin. He that is begotten of God keepeth himself, meaning watching over himself, his actions, his emotions, his ways. He watches himself, he is careful about himself, he is not a reckless person, and that person, begotten of God, cannot be touched by evil spirits, no evil spirit can touch you or can take hold of you, it also means that people who are not like those begotten of God or the children of God can be touched by evil. So if you have seen a movie or whatever it may be, where there are people being touched by evil spirits, sometimes evil spirits play on them, sometimes evil spirits even dwell in their person, it is very much possible to be so.

The Bible says that those children of God, those people who believe in God, who serve God in the rightful manner, cannot be touched by evil or by evil spirit. But to the contrary, those who do not believe in God and who do not serve God, can easily be influenced, touched, and the devil can even dwell in their person. That's what they call being possessed in our current terms. They are possessed by devils.
