Consistency is key to breaking bad habits and forming good ones.
Whether it is school, work, or exercise and health, consistency is key to improving yourself.
Some tips to help you become consistent with whatever you're looking to improve on..
1.) Revise your time management skills.
2.) Know your objective and have a plan.
3.) One thing at a time..be in the present moment.
4.) Eliminate negative thinking.
5.) Hold yourself accountable.
