After a few days off, I have to go back to work π
Due to the International Labor Day, the first and second of May (Thursday and Friday), I did not work, and in order to prepare a festive lunch for Tuesday, May 6, to celebrate the day of St. George, the patron saint of our home, which is popularly known as ΔurΔevdan, and inscribed in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage as "Slava", I also took Monday as a day off.
So, from Wednesday to Wednesday, I put it together, like a mini-vacation.
I rested for those few days, when I went to bed late and got up just as late.
So today, this Wednesday, I had a very hard time waking up.
And I had an even harder day at work, which came down to finishing all the requests and solving the challenges that happened on Monday and Tuesday.
My luck, everyone had a busy first and second of May. If I had to go through emails and the system for four days, I don't know if I would have survived today.
Like this, after 8 hours of looking at the black and white text of emails and tables, everything became black and white for me.
And this day was similar to any other, when I return to work after a vacation.. All round...
And that's why, when I went home after such a day, these devices with big circles caught my eye.
One winch for taking out the shanties from the river, two water pumps, as well as this steel shackle for tying the boats.
Everything in a circle and everything black and white π
Only these kayaks deviated from that "circular" impression.
Straight as an arrow, sharp as a needle, fast and precise... Exactly how I hope my feelings will be the next day, when I'm at least a little bit back into my work routine.
For now, I will finish this #WednesdayWalk tired, black and white, without energy and will for the next day(although the walk itself was very pleasant to me), and I hope that by tomorrow I will be properly rested and ready for new challenges!
