A quick note and sharing a little drama with you....
For a while DRAMA like many things Steem was really struggling with some abuse and misuse. Due to the blacklist and some training and education, while what we all describe as drama can be different I would say about 95% of the usage of drama is now what some one really perceives as a drama!
With the reduction in abuse and the increased traction on Steem-Engine.com, it seems things are looking up. I also expect HF21 to create a high demand for DRAMA.

So the basics, those that hold 10 DRAMA can issue new DRAMA by calling the bot with the command !dramatoken.
The bot will upvote the caller and Issue a new DRAMA to the dramatic person.
