Garlic is an amazing plant and very useful, its properties are very well known all over the world and it is unpretentious in growing it. We plant it in the autumn, before the winter, and as soon as the snow melts in the spring, it begins to emerge from the ground like snowdrops from the ground and very quickly grows. Already in the middle of summer, it can be harvested, dried and used for various purposes, both for food and as a spice for canning vegetables. In a word, garlic is a versatile and practical plant for growing!
