Hey guys, good day. I have heard so much about hive from a housemate @tbliz by name who told me to join a decentralized platform where there is room for free speech. I honestly don't know if this is the right community or the right place to post this but I think I have to be pardoned because I am new here and I haven't gotten to know how things work here. So I will be very glad if I am welcomed here.
My name is Somtochukwu and I joined hive community last week. To be sincere with you guys, I haven't learnt much on this beautiful community because there are definitely a lot to learn and I am willing to bring myself down to learn all that I need to be a great hivian. I came from a family of five where I am the fifth and the last born of the house. I also thank hive for giving me this opportunity to express myself fully and I am really happy to belong to this beautiful platform.
As I said earlier, I am an undergraduate in the Civil Engineering department of the popular University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN). I love my course even though no one told me that the course was this hard but I still love it.😅😅
Let me come down to my hobbies. I love football both playing the game, playing it my self or watching people play it. I love video games though my parents don't like it but I don't care at times because it gives me joy 😅. I actually love researching, drawing and I do this through reading books, writings and articles. I love African books and their authors too people like Prof. Chinụa Achebe, Chimamanda Ngọzi Adichie and the rest of them that I can't mention.
I like traveling and taking landscape pictures too though I haven't travelled that much due to school but I will definitely love to tour around the world like the popular Christopher Columbus. Well in conclusion, I am hopeful that my Fri is right and that I also took the bold step towards achieving my dreams in this community. I look forward to learn new things and most especially meet new people here and guess what, I am a fast learner too.
