Hello dear Liketu community 💖 How's everything going? I hope you're all doing wonderfully 🌸 I'm on my way to work, but before that I went to the gym since my workday ends tonight 🌛 I actually really like having some afternoons off during the week because that way I can sleep in a little longer and I'm not so exhausted at the end of the day... I had arm training, but I felt like I was going to die. I've been pretty inconsistent with the gym lately, so getting back into the swing of things is always difficult, but not impossible. So here we go again. 💖
Hola querida comunidad de liketu 💖 como va todo? Espero que de maravilla 🌸 por mi parte voy camino a mi trabajo pero antes de eso asisti a la academia ya que hoy me jornada laboral termina por la noche 🌛 en realidad me gusta mucho tener algunos dias en la semana por la tarde ya que asi consigo dormir un poco mas y no estoy tan agotada al final del dia... Me toco entreno de brazo pero senti que moría he estado bastante intermitente con la academia asi que retomar el ritmo siempre es dificil mas no imposible asi que aqui vamos nuevamente. 💖
