How's it going, mates? I'm delighted to show you the final result of one of my latest creative projects. It's a structure made up of macaw wings, and the best thing about it is that the wings are very light because the base is made of fabric, which makes it very easy to handle and adapt to different sizes.🦜

Que tal amigos? feliz de poder mostrarles el resultado final de uno de mis últimos proyectos creativos. Se trata de una estructura de alas de Guacamayas, lo mejor de todo es que son una alas muy ligeras ya que la base es de tela lo que la hace muy manejable y que se adapta a distintos tamaños.

Materials - Materiales🦜

• Red, yellow, green, blue foam (all frosted)

• 1 metre of PVC fabric

• Cold silicone

• Scissors

• 2 pieces for adjustment straps.

• Foamy rojo, amarillo, verde, azul ( Todos escarchados)

• Tela pvc 1 metro

• Silicon al frio

• tijera

• 2 piezas para correas de ajustes.

Step By Step - Paso a Paso

We must cut out the shape of the wings, thus making two pieces to create them.

Debemos recortar la forma de las alas, de esta manera hacemos dos piezas para crear estas.

Next, I drew the shape of the feathers first on a blank sheet of paper to create the overall design. Then we must transfer the model or pattern of the feathers to the foam.

Seguidamente hice la forma de las plumas primero en una hoja en blanco para hacer el diseño general de estas. Luego debemos pasar el modelo o el patron de las plumas al fomy.

We must glue the feathers in an upward direction, that is, from bottom to top. In this way, we must glue the feathers from the tip, starting with the largest feathers and decreasing in size towards the other end.

Debemos pegar las plumas de forma ascendente, es decir de abajo hacia arriba. De esta manera debemos ir pegando las plumas desde el extemo de la punta se pegan las plumas mas grande hasta ir decreciendo el tamaño hasta el otro extremo.

In the same way, we continue sticking on the feathers, starting with the blue ones, then the yellow ones, the green ones and finally the red ones.

De la misma manera seguimos pegando las plumas desde el color azul, luego el amarillo, el verde y finalmente pegamos las plumas rojas.

Then we must make the other wing to have them ready. To join the wings, we must use a rectangle to connect them. We glue one at one end and the other at the other end of the rectangle.

Luego debemos hacer la otra ala para tener listas estas. Para poder unir las alas, debemos usar un rectángulo para unir estas alas. Pegamos una en un extremo y la otra en el otro extremo del rectángulo.

This is the result of our wing design.

De esta manera este es el resultado de nuestro diseño de alas.

In order to make the adjustment, we must add two adjustment straps using the same model as a rucksack, which will allow us to adjust the size of the wings. We also add some straps so that we can hold the ends with our hands.

Para poder hacer el ajuste, debemos añadir dos correas de ajuste usando el mismo modelo de una mochila, esto nos va a permitir poder ajustar la medida de las alas. Ademas tambien agregamos unas cintas para poder sujetar los extremos con nuestras manos.
