Prompt: Night Walk

This is my drawing for day 23 of the justdraw challenge. The prompt is night walk and so I went with this shadowy group of friends heading through a big tunnel at night with their little black cats tagging along.I wanted to make it feel kinda mysterious but calm, like they're just out for a late walk together. I am playing with the idea of a late night scene that could be mysterious with a little impending danger that is the what the tunnel is for. There's the girl in the middle holding her phone leading the way, then the two people behind her walking dressed for a colder month and the tiny cats just trotting along like they own the place lol. The tunnel light at the end is cold white so it contrasts with all the cool blue shadows everywhere.I thought silhouettes would be quick and simple but getting the proportions right is the key and took longer. This prevents them from looking too flat or weird took a bunch of tries. The cats especially too big and they look like monsters, too small and you barely see them. I redrew the legs and spacing on the ground stripes like five times to make the perspective feel okay without overdoing it. And figuring out how dark to make the shadows so it still reads as night but you can tell what's going on was annoying haha.Anyway, here they are, just a quiet night walk through the tunnel with the crew and the cats. What do you think? Does it give off chill night vibes or not?
