Happy start to the week, friends! I hope you are all well. I haven't posted here for a few days, but that's because I hadn't seen any movies, series, or anime that really inspired or motivated me to come and share my thoughts with you. I know that many of you, like me, have seen several Studio Ghibli films. I've reviewed many of them here and given my impressions as usual. And today I want to talk to you about Ponyo. This is a Studio Ghibli film from 2008. I think it's a rather unusual film. It's very different from what we're used to seeing in Studio Ghibli productions.

I think this movie is very beautiful. I have to say that it is quite a childish movie. But wait! By childish, I don't mean that adults can't watch it; quite the contrary. It's a film full of beautiful illustrations and colors, and the characters are very expressive. It also touches on very important themes such as brotherly love, friendship, and something that is highly valued: nature and the natural balance. It's a film that's different from others, quite sentimental and emotional. It is very, let's say, very beautiful visually, very magical, dazzling. I think it's a beautiful story about a little girl, or rather, a fish that takes the form of a girl, and a little boy who gives her a name, which is Ponyo. I don't want to tell you too much about this movie.

But it reflects something beautiful about childhood, its simplicity, ecological themes, nature, everything visual so beautiful. We already know how much these productions are characterized by the fact that they are written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki. It is from 2008 and is quite an interesting proposal. Although it is not as profound as we are used to, I think it has a very beautiful message and is like a celebration of childhood, of details, of how beautiful it is to be close to childhood or how these two little ones are. Well, I hope you get a chance to see it. If you haven't seen it, please let me know your impressions. Hugs!
