I remembered those days when we used to insult each other as a form of competition to see who had the most abusive language. We would all gather under the tree to play this crazy children's game. There was a particular girl in my neighborhood back then who used to insult people so much that even adults complained to her parents to caution her. They did their best to stop this behavior, but all to no avail. She was getting worse by the day. In fact, people started calling her names like 'small grandma' because it was believed that only the elderly could abuse someone the way she did. However, one hot afternoon, we were playing with abusive words as usual when a young man passed by. He overheard the way we spoke and intervened. 'Only fools like you will sit down here doing rubbish instead of helping your parents at home,' he interrupted. 'Now, before I close my eyes and open them, all of you go to your houses now!' he shouted. 'Hey, madman! We can't go in because our parents sent us away to play!' So stop making noise, King of Fools. The abusive girl responded, and we all burst into laughter and fled at the same time. Childhood is so much fun!
