Sono una persona creativa, sia nella vita personale che nel lavoro, e la capacità di sintesi non è una delle mie qualità, ma spero che mi apprezziate lo stesso. Quindi mettetevi comodi e buona lettura!
When I read the theme of the week, I immediately thought that it would be nice to develop a theme that encourages collaboration, creativity and of course friendly competition. For this reason, the first suggestion I propose is "Writing the ending of a story".
In practice, the contest authors should give the incipit of a story (fictional or with hints of reality) and let the users have fun writing the ending.
I think this theme could be interesting to stimulate the community to try activities that they usually don’t do. In fact, storytelling is not very widespread in our Italian community. The most unexpected, curious and interesting ending will be the most voted and awarded!
Quando ho letto il tema della settimana, ho subito pensato che sarebbe bello sviluppare un tema che incoraggi la collaborazione, la creatività e ovviamente la competizione amichevole. Per questo motivo, il primo suggerimento che vi propongo è “Scrivere il finale di una storia”.
In pratica, gli autori del contest dovrebbero dare l’incipit di una storia (di fantasia o con spunti di realtà) e lasciare che gli utenti si divertano a scrivere il finale.
Penso che questo tema potrebbe essere interessante per stimolare la community a cimentarsi in attività che solitamente non fanno. Infatti, lo storytelling non è molto diffuso nella nostra community italiana. Il finale più inaspettato, curioso e interessante sarà quello più votato e premiato!
The second tip is inspired by spring, my favorite season! This is the best time to dedicate yourself to gardening activities, smell the scented flowers and take a walk immersed in nature. This season "calls to action", it is the ideal time to do something different such as travel, outdoor sports, wellness, ...
Some themes dedicated to spring could be:
"Tech Spring": share with the community the most useful gadgets and apps in this season, such as apps for excursions, or for automatic garden irrigation, or for the discovery of pollinating insects and plant species that you encounter, ...;
“Spring Challenge”: a challenge where each participant must share a piece of advice to live this season to the fullest, but that’s not all, they must also put it into practice first! For example, if the advice was “discover a new park in your city”, the post must include photos of them doing this experience;
“Easy Gardening”: each user must provide some ideas that have been truly useful to them regarding growing plants, from sowing to harvesting the fruit, also talking about “grandmother’s” treatments for any illnesses and difficulties that may arise during cultivation;
“Spring Rebirth”: after winter, spring brings energy, changes and new opportunities: what better time to do some mental and physical cleansing? This season is a symbol of rebirth and our body also does a metabolic reset as the days get longer. The hours of light increase, the brain makes us prefer lighter and more colorful foods, rich in detoxifiers, and makes us drink more water. In this theme, each participant must propose some rebirth tips, that is, small habits that allow us to appreciate this balance between our inner self and nature.
I’m convinced that this theme could attract many users because it involves everyone: whether you live in the city or in the countryside, everyone experiences spring and has something to say about it!
Il secondo consiglio è ispirato alla primavera, la mia stagione preferita! Questo è il periodo migliore per dedicarsi alle attività di giardinaggio, annusare i fiori profumati e fare una passeggiata immersi nella natura. Questa stagione “invita all’azione”, è il momento ideale per fare qualcosa di diverso come viaggi, sport all’aperto, benessere, …
Alcuni temi dedicati alla primavera potrebbero essere:
- “La primavera Tech”: condividere con la community i gadget e le app più utili in questa stagione, come per esempio app per le escursioni, o per l’irrigazione automatica del giardino, o per la scoperta degli insetti impollinatori e le specie vegetali che si incontrano, …;
“Challenge di primavera”: una sfida dove ogni partecipante deve condividere un consiglio per viversi al meglio questa stagione, ma non basta, deve anche metterlo in pratica lui per primo! Per esempio, se il consiglio fosse “scopri un parco nuovo della tua città”, nel post ci dovranno essere foto di lui che fa quest’esperienza;
“Giardinaggio facile”: ogni utente deve fornire alcune idee che gli sono state veramente utili per quanto riguarda la coltivazione delle piante, dalla semina al raccolto dei frutti, parlando anche di trattamenti “della nonna” per eventuali malattie e difficoltà che si possono presentare durante la coltivazione;
“Rinascita primaverile”: dopo l’inverno, la primavera porta energia, cambiamenti e nuove opportunità: quale momento migliore per fare pulizia mentale e fisica? Questa stagione è simbolo di rinascita e anche il nostro corpo fa un reset metabolico con l’allungarsi delle giornate. Le ore di luce aumentano, il cervello ci fa preferire cibi più leggeri e colorati, ricchi di detossinanti, e ci fa bere più acqua. In questo tema ogni partecipante deve proporre alcuni consigli di rinascita, ovvero piccole abitudini che ci permettono di apprezzare questo equilibrio tra il nostro io interiore e la natura.
Sono convinta che questo tema potrebbe coinvolgere molti utenti perché è coinvolge tutti: che si viva in città o in campagna, tutti vivono la primavera e hanno qualcosa da dire su di essa!
Let's abandon reality to take a leap into the future. The last theme I propose is "How do you imagine the world in 100 years?". It may seem like a simple topic, but I assure you that it’s not at all! It requires a lot of introspection and critical sense because we need to combine creativity, scientific opinions and debate on today's world, which lays the foundations for tomorrow's world.
For example, regarding technology, I would really like to know the opinion of users on artificial intelligence, robotics and space travel (Mars is not that far away!). Some people already think that humans will have chips inside their brains, others believe that it’s all a scam and that we will go back to writing on parchments like the ancient Egyptians.
In 2125, how will people live, work and interact? Will the Earth finally have its green spaces back, or will we suffer the consequences of climate change? It might also be interesting to make comparisons with 100 years ago, in 1915, to understand how our world history has changed radically in just a few decades.
The idea is to involve as many people as possible, because this theme can be developed both in a realistic way, based on scientific studies, but also in a fantastic way, imagining super-technological futuristic cities with new forms of government.
Abbandoniamo la realtà per fare un salto nel futuro. L’ultima tema che vi propongo è “**Come immagini il mondo tra 100 anni?**”. Può sembrare un argomento semplice, ma vi assicuro che non lo è per niente! Richiede molta introspezione e senso critico perché bisogna unire insieme creatività, opinioni scientifiche e dibattito sul mondo di oggi, che pone le basi per il mondo di domani.
Ad esempio, per quanto riguarda la tecnologia, mi piacerebbe molto sapere l’opinione degli utenti su intelligenza artificiale, robotica e viaggi spaziali (Marte non è poi così lontano!). Alcune persone già pensano che l’essere umano possederà chip all’interno del cervello, altre invece ritengono che sia tutta una truffa e che torneremo a scrivere sulle pergamene come gli antichi Egizi.
Nel 2125 come vivranno, lavoreranno e interagiranno le persone? La Terra si sarà finalmente ripresa i suoi spazi verdi, oppure soffriremo le conseguenze del cambiamento climatico? Potrebbe anche essere interessante fare dei paragoni rispetto a 100 anni fa, nel 1915, per comprendere come in pochi decenni sia cambiata radicalmente la nostra storia mondiale.
L’idea è coinvolgere più persone possibile, perché questo tema può essere sviluppato sia in chiave realistica, basandosi su studi scientifici, ma anche in chiave fantastica, immaginando città futuristiche super tecnologiche con nuove forme di governo.
