Is it just me or does the sound of a tangy lemon cheesecake filling combined with a deliciously sweet biscuit crust just sound too good? 😱

I love anything lemon 🍋 - lemon meringue, lemon cake, lemonade - you name it and I love it! Besides who doesn't love anything sour and sweet mixed together? Strangely enough, I don't like sour things by themselves but when you mix something sour with a little bit of sweetness I couldn't be happier with the pairing 😆 so when we came across a recipe for lemon squares I just knew we would have to veganize it and make it for you all! 🎉

Our easy no-bake lemon cheesecake squares are creamy, have a wonderful lemony tang and are super easy to make too! With one small tweak they can be made gluten-free as well and can also be made with the perfect balance between sweet and sour to suit you!
