One of the most beautiful stages that I have managed to pass was when I was in high school, because that is where you learn many things about life, friendship is created, moments of great fun and above all the most worrying and stressful is having to see physics, chemistry and mathematics in the same year and I remember it was the most shocking thing that I had to do, since I did not know anything about it. This was for the year 2017, therefore from the day I had to be aware of each class and thus be able to move forward so that at the end of the year I had none left and not have to be doing work as happened to me with other subjects, however, I assure you that it was a great experience to pass each year of that baccalaureate.
Una de las etapas más bonita que he logrado pasar fue cuando estaba en el bachillerato, ya que allí es donde uno aprende muchas cosas de la vida, se crea amistad, momentos de mucha diversión y sobre todo lo más preocupante y estresante es tener que ver física, química y matemáticas en un mismo año y recuerdo que fue lo más impactante que me toco, ya que no sabía nada de eso. Esto fue para el año 2017, por ende desde el día toco estar pendiente de cada clase y así poder ir avanzando para que al final de año no me quedara ninguna y no tener que estar haciendo trabajos como me paso con otras materias, sin embargo, les aseguro que fue toda una gran experiencia poder pasar cada año de ese bachillerato.
That is why the memory that I share with you today, consists of the final chemistry project, this is something that is done at the end of the third term and for this occasion we were sent to make wine, which was a great adventure, where we had to form a team and choose the fruit, and then with each of the steps that we were given in class to make the wine. Doing this final project helped us to learn about fermentation and with only a few ingredients you can achieve such a drink, also with a very strong alcohol content, so putting together this project took several days to wait for the fruit to ferment and thus be able to finish. The idea of this project was to deliver our wine for a specific date and show it to the teacher, but I tell you that the wine we made tasted very ugly and this was one of the best memories.
Por eso el recuerdo que les comparto el día de hoy, consiste en el proyecto final de química, esto es algo que se hace al final del tercer lapso y para esa ocasión nos mandaron a realizar vino, la cual fue una gran aventura, donde nos tocó formar equipo y escoger dicha fruta, para luego con cada uno de los pasos que nos dieron en clase hacer ese vino. Hacer este proyecto final, nos sirvió para aprender de fermentación y con tan solo pocos ingredientes se puede lograr dicha bebida, además con un grado de alcohol muy fuerte, por eso armar todo este proyecto fueron varios días para así espera que la fruta se fermentara y de esa manera poder terminar. La idea de este proyecto era entregar nuestro vino para una fecha en específico y mostrárselo al profesor, pero les cuento que ese vino que nosotros elaboramos sabía muy feo y este fue uno de los mejores recuerdos.
An activity that helped us to share, laugh, learn and in that way to give a different use to chemistry, which is a very good subject, so for that final project we all enjoyed doing something different, create our own wine and put our name on it. An activity that was for the year 2017 and the only thing I keep is that short video, since it was somewhat complicated to photograph that moment, but I assure you that it was an incredible experience to be able to make wine.
Una actividad que nos sirvió para compartir, reírnos, aprender y de esa manera poder darle un uso distinto a la química, la cual es una materia muy buena, así que para ese proyecto final todos disfrutamos de poder hacer algo distinto, crear nuestro propio vino y colocarle nuestro nombre. Una actividad que fue para el año 2017 y lo único que conservo es ese corto video, ya que era algo complicado poder fotografiar ese momento, pero les aseguro que fue toda una experiencia increíble poder hacer vino.
