Osteoarthritis is a disease that causes wear and tear of the cartilages that line the joints. When the cartilage wears out, rubbing between the bones that make up the joint causes inflammation, causing pain and loss of mobility. • The use of footwear: The use of high shoes or those that are very heavy help daily to wear your joints and more if used for long periods of time it is good to wear comfortable shoes and lightweight

  • Good nutrition: many diseases you can avoid or decrease your risk depending on how you feed in this case to prevent the degeneration of your cartilage is good to consume foods rich in vitamin C, foods rich in omega 3, high fiber foods and selenium
