Hace poco logré comprar este juego, lo hice por solicitud de mi hijo mayor, él había escuchado muy buenas criticas y tenia deseos de jugarlo a pesar que no es fan de los juegos de Ubisoft, pero cómo llegó a costar solo 8$, parecia una buena opción darle una oportunidad. Personalmente a mi no me atraía, decía que ya tuve suficiente de de los metroidvania 2D que jugué con el paso de los años, sin embargo, vaya sorpresa me lleve, al punto que me dieron ganas de jugarlo.

I recently managed to buy this game, I did it at the request of my eldest son, he had heard very good reviews and was eager to play it despite not being a fan of Ubisoft games, but since it only cost $8, it seemed like a good option to give it a chance. Personally, it didn't appeal to me, I said I had enough of the 2D Metroidvanias I had played over the years, however, what a surprise I got, to the point that I really wanted to play it.

Los juegos modernos de este genero por mas geniales que se vean, creía que para mí era volver al pasado, tontamente creo en que después de jugar tantas cosas debo enfocarme en géneros "modernos", pero la verdad que este juegos están tan bien diseñados que te trasladan a los momentos donde fuiste feliz, ademas, ahora que estudio animación, el arte de estos juegos me vuela la cabeza.

Modern games of this genre, no matter how great they look, I thought for me it was going back to the past, foolishly believing that after playing so many things I should focus on "modern" genres, but the truth is that these games are so well designed that they transport you to the moments where you were happy, besides, now that I study animation, the art of these games blows my mind.
Note que es posible hacer combos, la primera misión no te lo señala como tal, pero con ingenio y práctica es posible de combinar varios ataques. Sin saber, logre hacer una patada que eleva a los enemigos pequeños en el aire, luego lo golpeo con la espada, esto abre un abanico de posibilidades con los ataques que asumo podre desbloquear más adelante.
I noticed that it is possible to do combos, the first mission does not indicate it as such, but with ingenuity and practice it is possible to combine several attacks. Without knowing, I managed to do a kick that lifts small enemies in the air, then I hit them with the sword, this opens a range of possibilities with the attacks that I assume I can unlock later.
El parry es una habilidad incluida, se habilita en ciertos ataques señalados con un destello amarillo, y los imparables en rejo, si logras ejecutarlo perfectamente activas una ejecución tipo cinemática, no es mi fuerte, pero descubrí que el dash que se usa para avanzar, puede ser usado perfectamente para esquivar, quedando en las espaldas del enemigo rápidamente.
The parry is an included ability, it is enabled in certain attacks indicated with a yellow flash, and the unstoppable ones in red, if you manage to execute it perfectly you activate a cinematic-type execution, it is not my forte, but I discovered that the dash that is used to advance, can be used perfectly to dodge, quickly getting behind the enemy.
En general hasta ahora el juego es bueno, me gusto mucho la animación, me recuerda la serie Arcane, está llena de detalles coloridos y cambios repentinos de perspectiva para sacarte del 2D y hacer más dinámica la jugabilidad. Sospecho que será mucho más desafiante más adelante, espero no termine frustrado si me quedo estancado, ya que tengo muchisimo tiempo sin jugar un metroidvania.
In general, so far the game is good, I really liked the animation, it reminds me of the Arcane series, it is full of colorful details and sudden changes of perspective to take you out of 2D and make the gameplay more dynamic. I suspect it will be much more challenging later, I hope I don't end up frustrated if I get stuck, since I haven't played a Metroidvania in a very long time.
